Irish moss is a type of seaweed. It grows in cold water and is used in recipes for added nutrition.
 Irish moss has been used for centuries in Ireland, and is so nutrient dense that it was used as “poverty food” during the famous Irish potato famine in 1846. In fact, of the 102 minerals in the human body, Irish moss contains 92 of them
providing a lot of fibre, protein, trace minerals and nutrients. 

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon daily is enough due to iodine / mineral content in sea moss.

Incomplete order

I ordered a number of products and have not recceived half my order. I have notified Essential Naturopathy of the issue and was informed that the missing products would be express posted to me immediately and I would be advised. As yet I have not received my paid for products or any further correspondence. I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.
