Rosemary is an herb. It is native to the Mediterranean region but is now grown worldwide. The leaf and its oil are used to make medicine.
Rosemary is used for improving memory, indigestion (dyspepsia), arthritis-related joint pain, hair loss, and other conditions, we require more scientific evidence to support most of these uses.
Dosage:
1-4 ml x3 daily in a small amount of water/juice
Safety Concerns:
Not recommended for use in pregnancy
Adverse Reactions:
Serious adverse effects have not been reported and tend to be uncommon.
Avoid in known allergy.

Iron : May reduce the uptake of dietary iron
- Anticoagulants - increased bruising and bleeding. Caution in concurrent use
- Drugs dependant on P-glycoprotein transport: Avoid concurrent use
