Unknown results !!

I have keto/ Carnivor rash,( everywhere one might sweat) not severe however, very annoying and persistent, 6 months !!
Research indicated some relief/ resolution may be had by adding Black seed oil and Dandelion Tincture to my morning, olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, electrolyte drink.
No measurable improvement has been had, it has not got any worse.

I will persist for a few more months and see what happens.

Carnivore diet is going well, stopped all statins and beta blockers. Take no drugs at all, Type 2 diabetes has gone away, lost 20 kilograms and have no ill effects other than the rash after 11 months of no/low carb diets .
