I can confidently say that this tea really does work!! I’ve had issues with severe & uncomfortable bloating in my abdominal area as well as digestion issues & irregular bowel movements. I had a cup of this tea at night before bed & the next morning my stomach was visibly less bloated & I did not experience digestion issues as I normally would have! I was beyond surprised because I was having doubts whether it would help at all, let alone help my digestive system so quickly which also made me feel so much better & healthier!!
