As I suffer from inflammation due to spinal degeneration. I have tried everything you can imagine to help control my pain. It's been a difficult road but since purchasing this Ashwagandha powder, I have found a marked difference in my pain level. So I can say this product is absolutely effective -- it works. I personally put a tea spoon in warm water and down it goes. Having said that I'd say most people would prefer to mix it with some thing to hide the taste. The taste is earthy, but not unpleasant.
