Shipping & Returns

Essential Naturopathy offers free regular post Australia Wide however if you would like registered or express deliveries please contact us to arrange this at an extra cost. 

We use Australia Post (Parcel Post) which can take anywhere from 1-6 business days. 

We make every attempt to provide a responsive, fast service however please note that our delivery timeframes are an estimate only and are dependant on Australia Post.

We are not responsible for delivery delays. From the moment your item is posted it is in the hands of Australia Post. 

International Deliveries

  • Australia Post: Avg 6-10 business days (estimate) 

  • Costs depend on the weight of your order, and your country. The amount is automatically calculated and presented to you in your checkout

Please note, international orders are made at your risk. Customs in your country can arbitrarily delay or refuse entry for your order. Please check the customs regulations in your country. The payment of duties and taxes are to be paid by the receiver. Refusal of payment may result in the parcel being sent back to us. 

We are unable to accept returns due to the cost of international shipping so please make your decisions carefully when purchasing.

 

*US Shipments: If a parcel is stopped at customs for additional product information, we are not held accountable as we are not able to provide this information when shipping. US Customs may send the parcel back without providing us with enough time to collect the required additional information.

Picking Up Your Items

In the past we did accept clients arranging times to pick up their items, however due to an increasing number of orders we are not able to offer this service anymore.

We have an events page where you can find out which market we will be located at next and you are more than welcome to come and see us there to pick up your orders.

Please communicate this to us if you prefer this method. It would be lovely to see some of you there.

 

Packing info & environmental footprint 

We make an effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition, whilst leaving the smallest environmental footprint possible

  • Our warehouse is run on 100% renewable energy

  • Our packaging is made of 

    • Polycell Oxo-Biodegradable eco bubble wrap

    • Cardboard boxes

    • Biodegradable packing foam

  • The glass and plastic bottles used by us are recyclable

We are continually looking to further reduce our impact on the environment and to ensure our business and the world we live in is sustainable and enjoyable for future generations. This is not something we take lightly.

If you received damaged goods

We are proud to say we have never had this happen, however in transit anything may happen.

If you receive broken goods please take a photo and get in contact with us straight away.

We cannot accept fault for how our goods are handled when they leave us however we will try our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully when purchasing from Essential Naturopathy.

We sell herbal medicines to you for your individual health conditions if you open these and change your mind we cannot resell them to somebody else for safety reasons.

Our customised blends are specifically made for you only and cannot be resold therefore we do not accept refunds on this type of product.

As we offer free shipping we cannot take on the cost of your postage if you need to return an item to us based on change of mind.

If you have an issue with your herbal medicine.

If the tamper lid is not securely on when it arrives or the product is faulty please get in touch with us via the contact us form.

We do not accept refunds for consultations after they have taken place and have a cancellation policy in our FAQ's for late cancellations or no shows.
