The perfect cheesy popcorn snack full of B vitamins
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup popcorn kernels
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan and add nutritional yeast, chilli flakes and salt.
Stir the flavour into the oil
Add your popcorn kernels and shake the sauce pan so you have an even level of them in the pan
Place lid on top and allow the pressure and heat inside to get your popcorn popping Once they start popping occasionally shake the sauce pan to ensure they don't burn
Once you only get 1 or 2 pops every few seconds remove off the stove
It may take a few minutes to get popping!
