Traditional Greek Salad

Traditional Greek Salad (Makes salad for a few days)


Salad Ingredients:

4 tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 green capsicum

1 red onion

1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives

blocks of greek feta (as much as you like)


Dressing Ingredients (do not dress the entire salad for freshness dress as you go)

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1/2 tablespoon of dried oregano

pinch of sea salt


Method

1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges or large chunks

2. Cut the cucumber in half and then slice in semi circle pieces

3. Thinly slice the capscium into rings

4.Place everything in a large salad dish add the olives in

5. Pour the dressing mixture on top

7. Add the feta blocks on top
