These tofu bites are quick, tasty and delicious.
The perfect snack!
1/2 block firm tofu (get rid of the water by immersing in paper towel for 30 minutes)
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce (for dipping)
Cut dry tofu into bite size squares
Heat up oil on the stove, add soy sauce
Once hot add your bite sized tofu pieces and brown on each side
Remove from heat and enjoy with some sweet chilli sauce
