Probiotic Banana Berry Yoghurt Bowl

The perfect healthy snack that your digestive system will love!


1 Banana

1/2 Cup Berries

3/4 Cup Plain Yoghurt or Milk Kefir with live cultures

(use coconut/ almond or soy yoghurt if you would like a dairy free option)

1 tablespoon nuts of your choice

Instructions Pour yoghurt towards one side of your bowl follow this by a layer of sliced banana, nuts and then your berries. Enjoy this snack midmorning, afternoon or whenever a craving hits!

This is full of fibre, antioxidants, vitamin C and probiotics :)
