This is the perfect pre or post workout snack!

Medjool Dates

Peanut Butter

Cacao Nibs Or shredded coconut


Method


Deseed your medjool dates carefully

With a butter knife add peanut butter to the middle area of your medjool dates where you have removed the seed. Add a generous amount.

Sprinkle your cacao nibs or coconut on top

Freeze overnight
