Pan fried banana with yoghurt

A delicious sweet treat for breakfast or an anytime of the day snack (serves 1)


1 banana

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

3/4 cup yoghurt of your choice (try to get one with live cultures in it)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon maple syrup


Slice banana in half

Heat up coconut oil in a fry pan

Once the oil is hot gently place your banana slices face down in the pan

Sprinkle one side with cinnamon. Cook until golden brown then flip and sprinkle with cinnamon

Once the banana is golden brown on both sides remove from heat

Add yoghurt, banana slices into a bowl and drizzle maple syrup on top
