Kale Chips

A low calorie crunchy snack that is approved for those Netflix and Chill Nights!

1 Bunch Kale

2 teaspoons Sea Salt

1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast

1 tablespoon olive oil


Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius

Remove all of the leafy kale from the stems

Rip smaller pieces of the kale leaves for perfect bite size chip portions

Add to a baking pan (use baking paper or foil underneath if desired)

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, sea salt, nutritional yeast on top

Use your hands to mix all of the oil and seasoning around evenly

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crunchy
