Healthy Snack Idea! Hummus & Veggie Sticks

Ingredients:

1 carrot

1/2 capsicum

1 cucumber

1/2 cup hummus dip


Method

Cut vegetables into long strips. Put your hummus dip into the bottom of the jar and then add your vegetable strips on top like the image displays. Close the lid and take this snack option with you on the run, you will honestly feel like a health superstar. This will also help you get closer to eating 5 vegetables per day!
