Caprese Salad


1/2 cup mini bocconcini cheese

1/2 cup basil leaves

1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt & Pepper to taste


Cut cherry tomatoes, bocconcini cheese into halves

Place full basil leaves all over the plate and add the tomatoes

and bocconcini pieces on top of the leaves

Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar together and dress the salad

Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste
