Avo & Tomato Hummus Toast

Ingredients:


2 pieces of rye or gluten free bread

1 tablespoon hummus

1/2 avocado (sliced)

1/2 tomato (sliced)

Salt & Pepper


Method:


Toast your bread

Spread 1 hummus on both pieces

Top with avocado slices and tomato

Sprinkle with some salt and pepper
